Who We Are

The Yorkville Alliance BID Formation Effort is a community-driven initiative led by a steering committee of residents, commercial property owners, businesses, tenants, and neighborhood advocates dedicated to enhancing Yorkville. Together, we are working to build a stronger, more connected neighborhood and create a cleaner, safer, and more vibrant East 80s.

Over the past three years, the Yorkville Alliance Steering Committee has worked closely with the City to identify the neighborhood's greatest needs and develop a plan to address them. The result is a proposal to establish the Yorkville Alliance Business Improvement District (BID), bringing dedicated resources to East 86th Street and surrounding blocks.

The BID will fund enhanced sanitation, public safety, landscaping and horticulture, and neighborhood beautification—creating a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming Yorkville for everyone who lives, works, and visits here.

By uniting around a shared vision, we have the opportunity to make Yorkville one of New York City's most welcoming and well-maintained neighborhoods. We invite you to support this community-driven effort by returning your ballot with a YES vote.
